Lille have already confirmed they will allow Magalhaes to leave and Arsenal were believed to be winning the race. The Gunners are said to have agreed terms with Magalhaes on a deal that would see him move to The Emirates for £22million.
However according to , Napoli have made a fresh attempt at the 11th hour to convince him on a switch to Serie A. Napoli have already done some successful business with Lille this summer after landing striker Victor Osimhen.
