dailystar.co.ukMatchroom Boxing has confirmed that this summer’s blockbuster fight between Anthony Joshua and Kubrat Pulev has been postponed due to the Covid-19 global pandemic.
Joshua was set to defend his WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, and IBO titles for the first time since reclaiming them last December from Andy Ruiz Jr.
But the British boxer's first venture back into the ring has been delayed amid the coronavirus crisis. A statement from Matchroom Boxing read: “Confirmed: #JoshuaPulev has been postponed. “A new date for the event is currently being worked on. “We will announce any updates in due course and continue to explore the possibility of hosting this fight at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.” Promoter Eddie Hearn has also confirmed the news, insisting
