Ant McPartlin has dissolved a firm which last year (2019) boasted over £20million in its coffers.He began legal proceedings to wind up Teecourt Ltd (corr) in April after negotiating his monster divorce with ex-wife Lisa Armstrong, 43.According to documents filed with Companies House this week the cash and assets have been stripped from the firm and struck from the register.Ant, 44, set up the business in October 2006 and its last accounts – filed in March last year (2019) - showed it had investments worth £11.6m plus a further £9.3m in cash.Total equity stood at £20.4m after outstanding debts were paid.Companies House lists Teecourt as a firm for `television programme production activities’.Ant and his Saturday Night Takeaway co-host Declan.
