Ant McPartlin has dissolved his firm that last year had £20million in its coffers. The Britain's Got Talent presenter, 44, began legal proceedings to wind up Teecourt Ltd in April following his divorce from Lisa Armstrong, 43.

They were married for over a decade before their divorce was finalised earlier this year, two years after they split. The cash and assets have been stripped from Ant's firm and struck from the register, according to documents filed with Companies House.

He had set up the business in October 2006 and its last accounts, which were filed in March 2019, showed it had investments worth £11.6m plus a further £9.3m in cash.
