Private judge John Ouderkirk, who was overseeing the case, ruled in Brad's favour which reportedly left Angelina "bitterly disappointed".
The celebrity parents share their kids Maddox, 19, Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 14, as well as twins Vivienne and Knox, 12. Maddox is not subject to the custody agreement because he is 19.
However, it's now emerged the Hollywood actress allegedly won't "forgive" her ex-husband following the outcome of the custody battle.
