Amazon has tried to calm missed delivery fears by insisting they are working hard to ensure people get their deliveries on Black Friday.
A spokesperson said: "We have a large network of sites across the UK and are working to minimise any potential disruption to customers." They added: "At Amazon, we take our responsibilities very seriously.
