Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has included Amad in his Manchester United squad for the FA Cup clash against West Ham. The right-winger was snapped walking into the United team hotel with Solskjaer - who put a comforting hand on his back.
Amad completed his transfer from Atalanta in the January transfer window after a deal had been agreed the summer before. The talented right-winger has earned premature comparisons with Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi but has impressed for the club's U23s thus far.
In two appearances for United 's second string side the 18-year-old has scored three and set up three. His form has clearly forced Solskjaer's hand who has promoted him to the senior squad for Tuesday's clash.
