The couple is dealing with the very public situation surrounding Halyna Hutchin’s death. Alec shot a prop gun which was loaded with live ammunition, the bullet hit the cinematographer on the set of his upcoming movie, Rust.
The actor, who is said to be devastated, made sure his children were able to celebrate their Halloween as normally as possible.
