Torreira is currently recovering from a broken ankle, but with the season currently suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic, he is likely to be back in action before Premier League action resumes.
However he has been linked with a move away from the Emirates this summer, having struggled for game time at Arsenal after being deposed by Matteo Guendouzi as the Gunners' first-choice holding midfielder earlier this season.
A switch to Serie A appears to be the most likely move for Torreira, who previously played in Italy for Sampdoria and Pescara.
