Joe Exotic
Joseph Allen Maldonado-Passage (born March 5, 1963), better known by his stage name Joe Exotic, is an American former zoo operator, internet personality, musician, and convicted felon. The former owner and operator of the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park (a.k.a. G. W. Zoo) in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, Maldonado-Passage had claimed to be the most prolific breeder of tigers in the United States. He twice unsuccessfully ran for public office, first for President of the United States in 2016 as an independent, and then for Governor of Oklahoma in 2018 as a Libertarian.
Carole Baskin
Carole Baskin (born June 6, 1961) is an American animal rights activist and owner of Big Cat Rescue, a non-profit animal sanctuary based near Tampa, Florida. Baskin drew public attention when she was featured in the 2020 Netflix documentary series Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness about Oklahoma-based private zoo operator known as Joe Exotic. The Netflix series follows both Baskin and Joe Exotic, filming their ongoing and escalating feuds over exotic animals in private zoos. Following the series' release, Baskin has been targeted by Internet memes related to the disappearance of Don Lewis, her second husband.

us.hola.comNicolas Cage as Tiger King subject Joe Exotic, has found a home at Amazon.According to reports from The Hollywood Reporter, the company’s Prime Video streaming platform will develop a scripted series from CBS Television Studios and Imagine Entertainment.
Amazon Studios has also come aboard to produce.The series is going to be based on a 2019 Texas Monthly story about Joe Schreibvogel (aka Joe Exotic) and how he built a private zoo in Oklahoma.
The show will also cover his feuds with his rivals in the tiger business, Carole Baskin and Jeff Lowe. All three characters are featured in the smash-hit Netflix docuseries Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness.This newly announced project starring Nicolas Cage is one of two scripted series based.
