Forres this afternoon. Emergency services raced to to Greshop Road around 3pm after a young woman, believed to be in her twenties, was struck by a vehicle.
She was taken to Raigmore Hospital for treatment as cops locked down the road for two hours. The extent of her injuries is not yet known.A Police Scotland spokesperson said : "Officers attended Greshop Road in Forres around 3pm on Saturday, 14 August, 2021 following reports of a crash involving a pedestrian and a car."The female pedestrian has been taken to Raigmore Hospital for treatment."The road re-opened around 5pm."
