Many have taken to social media to express their rage and concerns over women's safety when walking the streets alone. Now Instagram user The India Edit posted a tip online to raise awareness to help "make us all feel safer".
Sharing it to her 23,500 followers, India was keen to help others should they ever find themselves in danger. To activate the safety function, search "Emergency SOS" on your iPhone which will take you to your settings.
