Audrey Lobo has been left in the dark for the past 20 months about how they lost track of the box, which is believed to contain dozens of items with a combined six figure value, including a diamond-encrusted Rolex watch, a replica of Princess Di's engagement ring and her late husband’s wedding ring.
Audrey had been storing the box in a vault at the Aberdeen branch, where she once worked, for almost 13 years. Despite learning that the box had gone missing in January 2020 and bank staff saying that an investigation would be completed within eight weeks, the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of the box.
