Thania Garcia Katy Perry is coming home. Well, sort of. Nearly eight years ago, when Perry put a cap on her “Witness” tour, the singer unintentionally left the stage as a traveling headliner for the last time.

A global pandemic, and the birth of her’s and Orlando Bloom’s daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom, sent Perry on a unplanned hiatus. However, in just a matter of three months, Perry will be back on the road, bringing her pop classics to arenas and stages across the world.

After selling out “The Lifetimes Tour” in four continents, Perry has revealed plans to perform a hits-heavy set — a “feast for both the eyes and the ears,” Perry tells Variety — for her fans in the United States. “It’s a larger than life experience,” Perry says of the 70-plus shows she’s determined to deliver. “For over 17 years, [my fans and I have] grown up together.

They have their own lives, they have kids, they have careers, they’re they’re fulfilling their dreams. So see them still coming out and responding to this… I didn’t expect it and I can’t wait to give back to them.” The trek will stop in several U.S.
