Gladiators made its comeback to the BBC last week (Saturday January 13), introducing audiences to a new generation of superhumans.
The hit gameshow first launched in 1992, running until 2000. The reboot sees 16 new Gladiators battle it out against members of the public.
Fronted by presenter Bradley Walsh and his son Barney, the 11-episode series includes new and old games, culminating with classic challenge The Eliminator.
Among the Gladiators showing us what they're made of is the series' youngest athlete, Emily Steel, from Manchester. The 20-year-old is a former swimmer, competing at a national level until she was 15 years old.
