An easyJet passenger has claimed her suitcase arrived with around £2,000 worth of items missing after she made a stopover at Manchester Airport.

Leoni Crowther, 21, was travelling from the Isle of Man to Belfast via Manchester Airport on January 11, and says she checked in her 19kg bag at Manchester on the stop-over.

But she says when she reached her destination her 'heart sank' as she noticed it was 'incredibly light' as she took it off the conveyor.

The student says she was left with just a a pair of sports leggings, a lunchbox, a sports bra and a laptop charger - and was missing valuable items including a £250 Vivienne Westwood jumper and £600 worth of makeup.
