A new third runway at London's Heathrow Airport grabbed all the headlines as Rachel Reeves set out her growth plans this week.
In a speech on Wednesday (January 29), the Chancellor announced her support for the controversial proposal to expand the UK's largest airport.
She also told an audience in Oxfordshire of new road and rail links between Oxford and Cambridge as well as reiterating her support for Manchester United's plans to redevelopment Old Trafford - although she didn't explain what this means.
But when setting out the case for a third runway at Heathrow - an idea which was first floated in the 1980s but repeatedly knocked back ever since - she made one glaring omission.
