Former Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has described Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers as a "very good coach," amid reports that he could succeed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Solskjaer is under increasing pressure at Old Trafford following Saturday's 2-0 defeat to Manchester City and is understood to be increasingly at risk of losing his position as manager.
The defeat to City marked United's fourth defeat in their last six Premier League outings, leaving them nine points off the top of the table after just 11 games this season.
Their form has increased calls from the fans for United to sack Solskjaer, although it is understood that the club are not set to pull the trigger just yet, with no automatic successor in mind.
