The issue of reconstruction is back on the table as Hearts chairman Ann Budge desperately seeks to put forward a proposal that will see her club spared relegation.

To achieve that though she'll need the backing of at least 75 per cent of clubs in each division, with the bottom two voting as one bloc.

And any plan that would bring in Brora Rangers and Kelty Hearts would need 90 per cent approval in the Premiership, meaning two 'no' votes would sink it.
