George Foulkes has called on the SFA to award the Scottish Cup to Hearts - because it makes as much sense as the SPFL relegating the Jambos.
Former Hearts chairman Foulkes is against plans by the Tynecastle club to take legal action against the SPFL if their reconstruction plan fails this week.
He has called on Scottish clubs to see sense and vote for a revamp to prevent chairman Ann Budge and her board taking the nuclear option.
Foulkes said: “I’m 100 percent behind Ann and league reconstruction is the only way forward to get out of this mess of the SPFL’s creation.“I’ve already argued the decision by the SPFL to award titles and relegate clubs goes against UEFA guidelines on the subject.“It was unfair and unsporting.
