Two trips to London seem to have helped Liverpool rediscover their mojo. After a shaky start to 2021 the Premier League champions have recorded back-to-back 3-1 wins away at Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham.
All three of their first-choice front line have found the net in those two wins after a goal drought over the New Year period.
Defensive injuries are still a source of problems for Jurgen Klopp. Joel Matip has been ruled out for the rest of the season, alongside fellow centre-back Virgil van Dijk.
Brighton head to Merseyside off the back of their first home victory of the season, a 1-0 triumph over Spurs. The Seagulls are unbeaten in three, having beaten Leeds and drawn with Fulham in recent days as well.
