Wayne Rooney has got something to bleat about – his neighbours want to turn next door into a sex clinic for sheep. Farmers hope to raise 1,000 genetically modified animals next to the England and Manchester United legend’s £20million mansion.Their plans involve building a “dark room laboratory” used for the “handling and storage of sheep semen and embryos for artificial insemination”.They say the unit will allow them to create a genetically modified flock of Poll Dorset sheep with “desired traits” for farmers.Along with the lab they want to build two sheds with a combined 20,300 sq ft of storage space. If their planning application is approved, the Rooney family face 10 hours-a-day of build-ing work five-days-a-week and between 9am and 2pm.
