The nine-year-old had made David and Victoria a fresh fruit salad and an egg sandwich, but decorated the plate with love-hearts made out of squirts of tomato ketchup.
Victoria captioned the image: "Surprise for mummy and daddy!" Also in the shot was a note penned from Harper to her beloved parents.
