The star posted a selfie from two angles and admitted she "starting beating myself up". She told how she was "hit like the tonne of bricks" by a range of emotions she dubbed the "Sunday night scaries".
She went on to detail her struggle to get back into the swing of life at home after a holiday in Jamaica. She also addressed how she was being "cruel" to herself about her size and her thoughts on the importance of living a balanced life.
Vicky said that while she may now weigh 5-10 pounds more than she wants to, she is trying to see it as a consequence of "beautiful things" and enjoying life - including glasses of wine and meals out with her friends and partner Ercan.
