Verve Hires New York Talent Agent Barrett Bischoff, Promotes L.A.-Based Lacey Hunsucker

EXCLUSIVE: Verve has welcomed agent Barrett Bischoff to its Talent team and promoted Lacey Hunsucker to Talent Agent.

In his new role, Bischoff will expand Verve Talent’s footprint in New York, deepening the agency’s presence in the theater world on and off Broadway, as well as across television and independent film.

In a statement to Deadline, Verve Partner and Head of Talent Sean Grumman noted that Bischoff will be an asset to Verve, particularly given his reputation as “a passionate and experienced player in the theater world with deep connections throughout New York’s preeminent theatrical institutions on and off Broadway.” A 2024 nominee for the Talent Manager Association’s Heller Award for Theatrical Agent of the Year, Bischoff was most recently a Senior Talent Agent at the New York-based boutique agency Nicolosi & Co.

Prior to that, he spent five years as an agent at Kazarian, Measures, Ruskin and Associates, where he shaped the careers of Tony Award-winning and Emmy-nominated actors.
