Burbank, California police were called to a local residence on Tuesday night following reports of a dispute between a man and a woman.
Although no visible injuries were reported, it's alleged that James had grabbed the woman at some point during the altercation.The woman's identity remains undisclosed, but James and his girlfriend, Ally Lewber, were known to have attended a holiday party at Kathy Hilton's house that same evening, reports the Mirror US.
After assessing the situation, officers concluded it was a case of domestic violence and arrested James on a misdemeanor charge.
