I deeply appreciate all the kindness and respect for my privacy at this time.”The reality star-turned-DJ, 32, was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence on Tuesday evening after allegedly getting into an argument with a woman.Before his arrest, Kennedy and Lewber made an appearance at Kathy Hilton’s annual holiday party.Kennedy was booked after allegedly grabbing a woman in a heated argument; however, sources told TMZ that officers didn’t see any visible injuries on the female.The woman claimed that “her boyfriend lifted her up and threw her to the ground,” according to the police records.The “Vanderpump Rules” star was released after posting $20,000 bail, according to the booking record obtained by The Post.While this is the first time Lewber has addressed the news, Kennedy’s ex-girlfriend, Kristen Doute, sounded off on his arrest.

The pair dated off-and-on between 2013 and 2015.“FINALLY,” she wrote on Thursday in all caps, including a story about his arrest.

Kennedy’s reps released a statement shortly after his arrest. “We are in the process of conducting our own investigation into the allegations levied by the Burbank Police Department against James,” they said.
