As we’ve reported, the Vanderpump Rules alum was arrested last Tuesday for misdemeanor domestic battery upon spouse/co-habitant after he allegedly “lifted her up and threw her to the ground” during an argument.
This came after an “inebriated” James caused a “huge scene” and acted “erratic” at Kathy Hilton’s holiday party.
Days later, Ally was seen moving out of their shared home in Burbank, California. But sources told TMZ that the pair haven’t broken up — yet.
