The UK is bracing for up to seven inches of snow to fall in the coming days as well as torrential rain, flooding and power cuts.
Forecasters have warned of severe weather conditions both today and tomorrow with four yellow weather warnings in place for large parts of the country.
The Met Office has issued warnings for snow, covering much of Scotland and parts of northern England, as well as for large parts of Wales and central England, including Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire on Saturday.
Meteorologists said the snowy conditions could bring 'significant' disruption to travel across central and northern Scotland, with a warning currently in place there until midday. Have you been caught up in the bad weather?
