Walker is being sued by Jonathan Mattingly, one of the officers involved in the shooting, in a counterclaim to the suit Walker filed against the police department and local government.
Mattingly claims he was struck in the thigh by the warning shot Walker fired as the officers barged in on a "no-knock warrant." Walker's attorney, Steve Romines, has maintained Mattingly was more likely injured by one of the 32.
