Two new coronavirus testing sites to open in Trafford and Stockport

The walk-through facilities will be opened at Former Moss View Community School in Partington and at the Brinnington Park Leisure Complex.Appointments for both centres must be booked in advance.The sites can be accessed without a car.Those attending will be required to follow social distancing and wear a face covering.The testing centre in Partington will be operated in partnership with Mitie and will offer self-administered tests.Self-administered tests will also be offered at the centre in Brinnington, which will be operated in partnership with Sodexo.Anyone with Covid-19 symptoms will be advised against travelling to the test centre by taxi or public transport.Health Minister Lord Bethell said: “Testing is proving.
