Police are investigating after a number of people on a street in Dundee received a chilling letter claiming they were under 24 hour surveillance by a sordid blackmailer.
The malicious mail was sent to homes on Charleston Drive at the end of the January leaving the victims feeling ‘intimidated’.
The rambling writer claims to have “hundreds of hours” of CCTV footage from inside properties on the street - including films of residents in their bedrooms.
