Tray Savage dead: Rapper shot in the neck and killed at the age of 26

Tray Savage has died at the age of 26. The American star, who is a member of Chief Keef's record label, was shot in the neck in Chicago on Friday night, TMZ report.

The outlet report that the musician was driving in the neighborhood of Chatham around 11 AM when someone opened fire. American law enforcement told the publication that the up and coming star hit three other vehicles after he was hit by the gunfire.

He was then taken to University of Chicago Medical Canter where he was later pronounced dead. Witnesses told the gossip site that they spotted a white SUV in the area at the time of the shooting.

It is understood that there are no suspects in custody yet. It is reported that the was dropping his girlfriend off somewhere at the time
