mirror.co.ukNaya Rivera wasn't wearing a life jacket when she went missing after swimming in a lake, it's been confirmed. The former Glee actress, 33, is missing and presumed dead after she disappeared from a boat on Lake Piru in Ventura County, California, yesterday.
Her four-year-old son Josey was found alone on the boat and told his rescuers that he and his mother were swimming, but she never got back into the boat.
Josey, who Naya shares with her ex-husband Ryan Dorsey, was wearing his life jacket when he was found but hers was still in the boat, US TV news channel WPMT has reported.
