dailyrecord.co.ukClick here for more news and sport from the Stirling area.Figures published by the National Records of Scotland last year showed the number of drug related deaths rose in Stirling alone from nine in 2016 to 19 in 2019.The recent public safety committee was also told that drugs possession in the area between April and September 2020 rose from 206 to 225 - up 9.2 per cent on the same period in 2019.Drug supply cases were up from 28 to 32 - up 14.3 per cent but 17.9 per cent down on the five year average.
