If Red Bull are indeed found to have breached the cap significantly they could even be stripped of the 2021 drivers’ title, at least in theory.Red Bull boss Horner is “confident” his team has been operating within the cap.

When his counterpart’s stance was pointed out by Sky Sports after practice in Singapore, Wolff said: “Funny that Christian says that but it’s been weeks and months that they are being investigated.
