Tommy Cash will represent Estonia in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest

Tommy Cash is perhaps being best known as an eccentric rapper who has worked with Charli xcx and Diplo, as well as staging a series of memorable fashion week stunts.

His already storied career is set to get a new chapter after he was confirmed to be Estonia's representative at this year's Eurovision Song Contest.

Cash, who was born in the Estonian capital Tallinn, was selected following a public vote held over the weekend. He triumphed in Eesti Laul, a televised competition Estonia uses to select its Eurovision contest each year. "Espresso Macchiato" is the name of his song and, as the title suggests, it is an ode to the restorative power of coffee.
