The Wanted star turned 33 on Wednesday and shared sweet snaps of him celebrating with his wife Kelsey and their two children, Aurelia and Bodhi.He then took to Instagram to update fans on his day, revealing that he would be travelling to hospital on his birthday to have a scan amid his battle with a brain tumour.

Tom told his followers: ‘I just wanted to come on and say thank you all for all your birthday wishes. 33 years of age – f**k me! ‘They’ve got a nice little happy birthday thing for me, cute.
