The latest Mission: Impossible film was thrown into complete chaos after a motorbike caught fire on the £2 million set. Production of the iconic movie series, which features Hollywood star Tom Cruise as genius spy Ethan Hunt, was called to halt after a stuntman's bike exploded after being driven off a huge ramp.
The 58-year-old actor is said to be furious following the horror explosion as the risky action sequence was one of the most expensive filmed in the UK.
Cast and crew members were meticulously preparing for the adventure shot for over six weeks prior to the accident. Tom had been filming with a parachute in a nearby field for his return as Ethan Hunt in the seventh Mission Impossible flick.
