Tom Cruise 'buys two Covid-secure robots to patrol Mission Impossible set'

Tom Cruise is determined that filming of Mission: Impossible 7 is not disrupted any further by coronavirus after several delays in the past 12 months.

The 58-year-old Hollywood actor has reportedly invested two robots that can administer Covid tests on crew members and can 'patrol' the set during filming.

Tom has had a difficult time filming the latest in the Mission: Impossible franchise and had a public outburst against staff on set who were not taking Covid restrictions seriously enough.

He called them out for not social distancing following delays after filming was shut down for weeks when a number of crew members tested positive for the virus.
