Happy Mondays singer Shaun Ryder has been handed a silver lining to weeks of being ill with Covid-19. The 58-year-old 'Madchester' legend was bed bound with the virus, according to his friend Bez, who appeared on BBC Radio 6 Music Chris Hawkins show to discuss his new fitness regime to rival Joe Wicks, Get Buzzin' With Bez.
Bez, whose real name is Mark Berry, said that one of the side effects of contracting coronavirus was that Shaun had started growing his hair back again, after years of having alopecia.
