Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Testing blitzes have been carried out in more than a dozen areas, involving door-to-door visits and sites that people can visit to get swabbed for the disease, in a bid to find any further cases.
Tests are being offered in two postcodes in Middlesbrough and Hampshire, while surge testing in Walsall, where 10,000 residents were offered tests earlier this month, is being expanded to include more areas.
