Three people have been arrested as part of a bust on a fake immigration law firm being run from the garage of a home in Greater Manchester.
The Home Office raid was carried out at the property yesterday (Wednesday). The three suspects arrested are believed to have been part of a fake legal advice firm run by Chinese and British nationals.
The company owners - a married couple - allegedly supplied fake documents to enable foreign nationals to falsify asylum claims and remain in the UK.
The Home Office believes the firm has been charging more than £3,000 to each client. Join our WhatsApp Top Stories and Breaking News group by clicking this link. The operation was being run from a garage attached to a home, which had been converted into an office.
