This Morning's Lisa Snowdon has opened up about the importance of showing affection and enjoying plenty of cuddles and kisses with her fiancé George Smart.The lovebirds, who recently celebrated Lisa's 53rd birthday with a dreamy Caribbean getaway, couldn't keep their hands off each other, showcasing their love in one of the most idyllic settings imaginable.

Lisa, who got engaged to George during a Christmastime proposal in 2017, says they're both incredibly affectionate and it helps to keep their romance strong. "We're really, really touchy and tactile," she shares. "We hug a lot, we kiss on the lips and we cuddle.

We have a really lovely closeness." She says their night-time routine is all about intimacy, adding: "The most important thing for me at night is our little snuggles and our spooning.
