This Morning ’s Ben Shephard showed off his impressively toned body as he braved a chilly Christmas Day swim in Cornwall.The 50 year old presenter joined hundreds of other daring swimmers for a frosty dip in Port Isaac.

As he changed into his navy blue swimming trunks, Ben flaunted his chiselled six-pack and sculpted chest. Despite the icy water, Ben seemed to be in great spirits, giving a double thumbs up before warming up with a celebratory drink.

His fit physique is no surprise, as he recently shared a video of him working out with his son. Ben, who usually keeps his family life private, shares his sons Sam, 19, and Jack, 15, with wife Annie.

Ben was joined by his rarely-seen son as he took part in a fitness challenge to mark his 50th birthday - and fans were left saying the same thing.
