Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford are set to return to This Morning, after being axed from their Friday hosting slot earlier this year.The TV husband and wife, both 61, will host the ITV daytime show for one week over the Easter holidays, which will delight fans who have shared how much they miss the pair.

Ruth, who recently revealed she was sexually assaulted age 11, used to regularly present the show on Fridays as well as Mondays to Fridays during the school holidays.The couple were then replaced by Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary, who now host Friday’s stints of This Morning, in a scheduling shakeup earlier this year.
