Paisley Sheriff Court heard Hanlon left iron bars, and a bottle of Lucozade in the office which he ransacked for cash, even prising open a safe to lift the readies.However, Hanlon was only rumbled for that crime when he left his mobile phone inside a car he broke into at Mainscroft, Erskine, on April 17, this year.On that device was his photo and a number listed as “Mum.” Procurator Fiscal Depute David McDonald told the court how Hanlon forced his way into the garage via the roller shutters, and stole £3,000 from a safe and £2,000 from a drawer in the garage office.
