A loophole means one venue can legally sell pints after the 10pm curfew in England, imposed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The Hope and Champion, a Wetherspoon pub at Beaconsfield Services on the M40 in Bucks, is allowed to stay open as it's classed as providing an 'essential service' because it sells food and drink for drivers wanting a break.
It means the pub, technically part of the service station, isn't bound by the curfew and is open until 11pm, The Sun reports.
The pub is the only one at a service station in the country and came in for criticism long before the pandemic when it opened back in 2014.
