White Lotus star Jason Isaacs has apologised to fans for the show's "shocking scenes" while chatting on This Morning with Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley.

Jason quipped: "I'm sorry for the shocking scenes in the show, remember it's not for children," as he wrapped up the interview about the buzz-worthy series.The White Lotus is notorious for its gutsy nude scenes and controversial content, illustrated vividly by Patrick Schwarzenegger's bold full frontal debut in the first episode of the latest series.

Earlier on in the interview, Jason had shared insights into the highs and lows of a seven-month stint filming the series in Thailand during the previous year.Taking over the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel in Koh Samui, which posed as the fictional White Lotus resort, offered a unique experience.

His wife, Emma Hewitt, was also able to accompany him for part of the shoot, prompting him to remark: "It was the first time she came with me, for some reason she's never wanted to visit the set before, but she came when it was a five star resort in Thailand!" However, the actor confessed that he felt quite lonely before her arrival. "The older actors, we were all given gigantic villas," he shared, reports the Mirror. "I had a mansion, a villa with a butler, and I did FaceTime my friends, showing off to them, but it was actually really lonely.
