Dan is head chef at the stunning Rothay Manor in the Lake District, and represented the north west region in series 16 of the hit BBC cookery contest.
On Friday night's finale, Dan was seeing wowing the judges and the guests with his quirky bone-shaped pudding which was served at the show's first ever socially-distanced outdoor banquet at Jodrell Bank in Cheshire - and it was voted the clear winner to make him Champion of Champions.
